Run or Walk in Fairfax CASA’s Race, May 2, to Help Abused Children

April is National Child Abuse Prevention Month.

Help support abused and neglected children in Fairfax County by participating in Fairfax CASA’s race!

Race:

Fairfax CASA听recruits and trains citizen volunteers to advocate for the best interests of abused and neglected children who are under the court鈥檚 protection in Fairfax County. Nicknamed 鈥渢he eyes and ears of the judge,鈥 CASA volunteers help ensure that these vulnerable children are placed in safe, permanent, and loving homes as quickly as possible.

On May 2nd, you can support Fairfax CASA’s work by running in their 5th Annual Fairfax CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates) Run for the Children 8K Race & 3K Run/Walk. 听

Not a runner? Help behind the scenes! Volunteer to help with pre-race and post-race activities like outreach and publicity, packet pick-up and bag check, water station support and more. 听
