By Debra Berkowitz McCraw
鈥淚鈥檓 willing to move for a job but am afraid I鈥檓 being weeded out simply because my address isn鈥檛 local. What can I do to increase my chances of success?鈥 Meredith from Orlando, FL
It鈥檚 true. In today鈥檚 competitive job market, recruiters rely on technology, including filtering by zip code, to prioritize the r茅sum茅s they receive.
