Livestrong Announces New President and CEO, Former Komen Executive, Chandini Portteus
The Board of Directors of the听听has announced that it has selected Chandini Portteus as the Foundation鈥檚 next president and chief executive officer, effective April 6, 2015. Portteus, 36, joins LIVESTRONG听after nearly 10 years with Susan G. Komen, where she served most recently as Chief Mission Officer responsible for strategy and programming around research, community health, public policy and global programs.
鈥淐handini鈥檚 experience, energy and commitment to the cancer community makes her perfectly suited to lead the next stage of LIVESTRONG鈥檚 evolution.
