¾«¶«Ó°Òµ’s Charities leadership transition announcement

To the ¾«¶«Ó°Òµ’s Charities community,

​I am ​writing today to let you know of an important update in ¾«¶«Ó°Òµ’s Charities’ leadership. After six years of directing our organization, Steve Delfin has resignedÌýas Chief Executive Officer.ÌýJim Starr, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Business Development Officer, has assumed interim CEO responsibilities as we launch a nationwide search for a permanent CEO.

​Under Steve’s guidance, ¾«¶«Ó°Òµ’s Charities has expanded its leadership position, bringing expertise and new ideas to the workplace giving community about trends in philanthropy and employee engagement.ÌýThe Board of Directors of ¾«¶«Ó°Òµ’s CharitiesÌýexpresses its appreciation to Steve for his contributions and dedication to the organization, and wishes him the best in his future endeavors.

In his second year with ¾«¶«Ó°Òµ’s Charities, Jim ​Starr continues to lead innovations in donor engagement and strategic partnerships, applying his 25 years of related experience to the benefit of ​our charity members and our employer clients. Our focus will continue to be on our members, clients and partners. Jim and our talented staff will keep ¾«¶«Ó°Òµâ€™s Charities on a trajectory for growth and success,​with the full support of the​ Board of Directors.Ìý
