Our Cause
TMCF’s mission is to ensure student success by promoting educational excellence and preparing the next generation of workforce talent through leadership development.
Our Impact
- Between 80% – 90% of TMCF Scholars graduate college, and 98% of all TMCF awards go to HBCUs.
- TMCF professionals engage with HBCU students, identifying leadership qualities and helping students to develop those qualities. One student said, “TMCF saw something in me that I didn’t see in myself.”
- For the 2023-24 academic year, TMCF received over 40,000 applications for scholarships from HBCU students. The need continues to grow.

How Your Workplace Donations & Matching Gifts Make a Difference:

($5 - $10 per pay period)
For every $1 we award, TMCF has identified another $10 in need for HBCU/PBI students. Each donation, no matter how small, will be combined with other contributions to make a magnified impact on low-income students.

Total Annual Pledge
($15 - $25 per pay period)
Each donation through this campaign will be combined with other contributions to make a magnified impact on low-income and underserved students.
$780 - $1300
Total Annual Pledge
($30 - $50 per pay period)
Many of TMCF’s programs rely on professions staff support. Each $1,000 will allow students to receive strengths coaching and career readiness training.
