Employee Giving Trends & Practices Are Evolving at a Very Rapid Pace. How Do You Stack Up?

Two years ago, when ¾«¶«Ó°Òµ’s Charities conducted research for Snapshot 2013, Trends and Strategies to Engage Employees in Greater Giving, companies indicated their employee-giving model included elements such as corporate branded campaigns, charity choice, and a time-limited fall campaign.

Snapshot 2013 also signaled the technological transformation of employee giving. Employees who had grown up as part of the networked and digital culture expected their workplace giving and volunteering experienceÌýto mirror what they had access to outside of the workplace. Consequently employers sought robust, engaging technology platforms that haveÌýcontinued to evolve and are now business as usual. Snapshot 2013 also noted that employeeÌývolunteerism was emerging and serving as theÌýimpetus for evolving corporate engagement strategies, employee involvement and personal asÌýwell as corporate impact.

How have these trends changed since 2013?

This Thursday, December 10th at 11:00 am ET, ¾«¶«Ó°Òµ’s Charities will unveil findings from its new Snapshot 2015 report, The New Corporate DNA: Where Employee Engagement and Social Impact Converge, during a free hosted by 3BL Media. Attendees of this webinar will receive a complimentary copy of Snapshot 2015.
