Junior Achievement of New York Announces New Funding for Third Quarter of the 2014-15 School Year

[NEW YORK, NY] 鈥 Junior Achievement of New York 鈥 the leading provider of 鈥渞eal world鈥 education for K-12 students in NYC and Long Island, received nearly $375,000 in corporate and foundation funding support during the third quarter of the 2014-15 school year.

“Junior Achievement has a long history of bringing vital human resources and enriching curricula content and experiences to our school partners to help young people develop the skills and confidence required for success in school and in life鈥,听 said Joseph Peri, President of JA New York.

Thanks to the generosity of the funders and grantors listed below, JA New York will continue to expand financial literacy, entrepreneurship, and college and career readiness programs, and trained and skilled business and community volunteer mentors, to more than 200 New York City and Long Island schools. We thank them for investing in the achievement of future business and community professionals of New York City and Long Island:

Junior Achievement programs are delivered free of cost to schools and community organizations in the New York City and Long Island area.
