In the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic, unemploymentÌýand food insecurity soared. In 2021, 53 million people turned to food banksÌýand community programs for help putting food on the table. The increase of inflation, along with rising food and gas pricesÌýthis past year have only exacerbated this problem, putting a pinch on families all across the country.ÌýÌý
